How to Use VendorAIO

Inventory Tab

Add to Inventory — tap +, search the catalog, prices auto-fill from market data. Edit any field before saving.

Scan a card — tap the scan icon in the Add modal to use your camera. VendorAIO reads the card name and pre-fills the form.

Queue mode — add multiple cards in a row and tap Save All when done.

Edit a card — tap any card to update price, cost, condition, or type.

Bulk delete — tap Select, pick cards, tap Delete.

Buy Mode — build a buy list from customers, set % of market per card, confirm total offer.

Trade — pick cards going out and coming in, add a cash adjustment, confirm. Inventory updates automatically.

Shows Tab

Create a show — tap +, enter name, location, and starting cash. Transactions log automatically to the active show.

Cash Register — count bills by denomination, reconcile your position. Opens from any active show.

Other Sale — log a cash sale fast without touching inventory.

Edit a transaction — tap the pencil icon on any transaction to fix amount, payment method, or buyer.

Export — download Excel for any show, or tap the share icon in the Shows header.

Earnings Tab

All-time net profit, total sold, total bought, best show, and team performance at a glance. Full show history with profit per show.

Profile Tab

Edit profile — update display name, username, and business name. Tap Save Changes to apply.

Team — invite members by email address. Tap × on a member to remove them.

Pull to refresh — drag down on any tab to sync latest data.
