VendorAIO is a business tool for trading card show vendors. We do not sell your data, show you ads, or share your information with third parties for marketing purposes.

Information We Collect

Account information. Email address and hashed password when you sign up.

Inventory and transaction data. Cards, sales, shows, and any data you enter. This data is yours and exists solely to provide the service.

Usage data. Aggregated, anonymized metrics to improve the app.

How We Use Your Information

• To provide and maintain VendorAIO
• To sync your data across devices
• To send transactional emails (verification, password reset)
• To diagnose bugs and improve performance

Data Storage & Security

Your data is stored in a secure hosted database (Supabase) with row-level security. All data is transmitted over HTTPS.

Data Sharing

We do not sell or share your data except with service providers who help us operate VendorAIO, and only as required by law.

Your Rights

• Access the data we hold about you
• Export your data via the Export feature in Earnings
• Delete your account and all associated data
