VendorAIO is a business tool for Pokémon TCG card show vendors. Track your inventory, log sales and trades, manage your cash, and see your earnings across every show — all from your phone.

All plans include a first month free — no credit card required to start. After the trial, plans are $14.99/mo (Individual), $28.99/mo (Team, up to 3 members), or $44.99/mo (Team+, up to 5 members). Cancel anytime from your device’s Settings app.

VendorAIO works on any device with a modern browser — iPhone, Android, iPad, and desktop. The iOS app is available on the App Store for the best native experience.

Tap the + button on the Inventory tab. Search the catalog by card name and prices auto-fill from market data. You can also tap the camera icon to scan a card’s name and pre-fill the form automatically. Use Queue mode to add multiple cards in a row and save them all at once.

Create a show on the Shows tab (tap +), then set it as active. Any sale, buy, or trade you log in Inventory links to that show automatically.

Open a show’s detail view and tap the Register button. Enter the bills the buyer gives you and it calculates exact change. You can also count your full till by denomination to reconcile your cash position.

Go to any show and tap Export. You get a spreadsheet with inventory, sales, and show details. Tap Export All in the Shows header to download every show at once in one workbook.

On Team or Team+ plans, the account owner can invite members by email from the Profile tab. Members share inventory and shows, and each person’s sales are tracked separately in Earnings. Owners can remove members at any time. Members do not need their own subscription.

Yes, cancel anytime. On iPhone: Settings → [your name] → Subscriptions → VendorAIO. Your access continues until the end of the billing period.

Tap Forgot Password on the login screen and enter your email. Check your spam folder if the reset email doesn’t arrive within a few minutes.
