Sign up with your email and a password. Everything you log — inventory, shows, sales — is private to your account.
On the Inventory tab, tap +. Choose Add to Inventory to search the card catalog — set, card number, image, and live market price fill in automatically, you just add what you paid and the condition. Or choose Scan Card and point your camera at the card; VendorAIO identifies it and pre-fills the form. The summary card up top always shows what your inventory is worth, what you paid, and your estimated profit.
On the Shows tab, tap + New Show — name, date, location, and the cash you're starting the drawer with. Do the same event every month? Save it as a template. On show day, make sure it's the Active show — the green pill on your Inventory summary confirms where sales are being logged.
Open your active show and you're in Show Mode — a live dashboard of the day. Tap + New Sale, tap the cards the customer is buying, then Sell — the sale sheet totals it up, lets you adjust prices, and splits payment across cash, Venmo, PayPal, or card. Buying from a customer? Tap Add and switch to Buy Mode. Card-for-card deal? Tap Trade. Need the drawer? Register is one tap away.
At the end of the day, open Register → Reconcile to check your counted cash against what the app expects, then mark the show complete. The Earnings tab shows your true profit — all-time and show by show — and the Shows tab exports everything to Excel.
Total inventory value across in-stock cards, card count (with graded count), what you Paid, and Est. profit if everything sold at market. Updates live as you add, sell, or edit. The green pill shows which show sales are logging to.
Search matches card names first, then set names. Chips filter In Stock / Sold / All. The sort button cycles Newest → Oldest → Value → Set.
The refresh button next to search updates market prices for your whole list from the catalog.
Tap + → Add to Inventory. Search the catalog by name; set, card number, image, and market price fill in automatically. Add your cost, condition, and an ask price if you want one.
Inside Add Card, switch to Buy Mode when you're buying from a customer. Set a percent of market per card, build the whole buy list, and see your total offer before confirming. The cards land in inventory and the buy is logged to your active show.
Tap + → Scan Card. Point the camera at the card; VendorAIO identifies it and pre-fills everything. If it's not sure, it shows the closest matches to pick from.
Tap any card for the full view: image, market price, your cost and ask. From there you can refresh its price, edit any field, or sell it. If a card shows the wrong image, it was likely misidentified — open Edit and check the set and card number, then correct them. Brand-new parallel-pattern variants may show no image until TCGplayer publishes photos — they appear automatically once available, no action needed.
Tap ☑ to select multiple cards, then sell them as one sale or delete them in bulk.
Tap Sell, set the price and payment method, done. The card moves to Sold and the sale logs to your active show. Sold by mistake? Undo puts it back in stock.
Each show displays its status (Upcoming, ● Active, Completed) plus cash, cards sold, and earnings for that event.
One show is active at a time; that's where every sale, buy, and trade is logged. Use Set Active / Stop logging from a show's ⋯ menu.
Save recurring events as templates and create the next one in two taps. The Checklist keeps your packing list (display case, sleeves, change…) with a progress bar. You can also add a show to your calendar.
Opening the active show gives you the live dashboard: money sold today, your cash pool, cards sold, cards in stock, and total collected across all payment methods. Shortcuts for Scan / Add / Trade, recent transactions, and the bottom bar with + New Sale and Register always in thumb's reach. The dice button is a dice roller and coin flip for table games and “gamble” deals. Tap ✕ to leave — the show stays active and keeps logging.
Tap + New Sale and VendorAIO jumps to your inventory in select mode. Tap what the customer is buying, tap Sell, and the sale sheet opens: adjust any price, split the payment across methods, confirm. Every card is marked sold and logged in one shot.
Three tabs: Counter (tap +/− per bill to count the drawer), Change (quick change calculator), and Reconcile (compare counted cash against what the app expects — perfect for close-out).
Tap Trade to log both sides of a swap: cards going out of your inventory, cards coming in (searched from the catalog with market price and your buy percent), and any cash on top in either direction. Inventory and show earnings update on both sides.
Open any show for its full transaction log. Tap a transaction to edit or delete it.
The export button on the Shows tab downloads a workbook with your earnings summary and full show history.
All-Time Net Profit is your real profit: what you sold minus what those cards cost you — not just cash in minus cash out. If some sales are missing a cost, a note under the number tells you the figure isn't final yet.
Total Sold, total Bought, and transaction count sit right under the headline.
Your best event is called out up top, and every show is listed with its date, transactions, cards sold, and profit. Shows that didn't earn are dimmed so your winners stand out.
